Before Your Appointment
Arrive on Time
Please arrive on time to your appointment (no more than 5 minutes early). I understand things happen, if you are going to be late please call the studio and let me know ASAP.
Come with Clean Lashes
Clean lashes are key to good retention! To help make the lashing process go smoothly, your lashes need to be free of makeup/mascara and free of lotion/eye cream. Consider removing contacts to avoid any possible irritation, as well.
Bring Headphones
You will be laying there for at least 1+ hours with your eyes taped & closed, if you are someone who gets anxious, claustrophobic, or someone who just wants to help pass the time, it helps to bring something to distract your mind!
Avoid Caffeine
Please avoid caffeine at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Caffeine may cause your eyelids to be uneasy and flutter. Fluttering lids make it difficult to isolate and lash properly.
Use the Restroom
Consider using the restroom and lowering your fluid intake before your appointment. Using the restroom during your appointment takes time away from your service and in the lash world time is EVERYTHING!
No Guests/Children
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, I ask that you do not bring any guests/children with you to your appointment. Bringing additional guests can increase potential risk for exposure — so for the time being, please simply bring yourself!
Important Note: If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, depending on the circumstances, I may or may not be able to accommodate you. If not, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 50% of that service. Please refer to my cancellation/late policy at the bottom of this page for more information.
No Show + Cancellation Policy
24 Hour Notice
You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to cancel with no charge. If you cancel your appointment <24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked.
Illness or Emergency Cancellation Policy
One "Free" Cancellation
You have one “free” cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. After that, you will be charged for 50% of the booked service.
Free Touch Ups
We offer a free touch up if your lash set is not to your liking. After the 3rd day, a $45 touch up fee will be applied.
If you are late, you are waiving your right for a free touch up. We do not honor free touch ups if you are a first time client & are coming in with Lashes from another establishment or are a returning client with lashes from another establishment. We do not honor free touch ups if you have put on any mascara or any type of strip lash and/or cluster.
For Mini Fill Appointments, there are no free touch ups.
